Job Role: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
Work Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential IT candidates from various sourcing platforms and close open positions.
- Post vacancies on job portals.
- Thoroughly screen all candidates before submitting them to clients.
- Maintain candidate/vendor relations and provide updates on submission progress, coordinate interviews, and handle joining formalities.
- Responsible for working on contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions.
- Screen IT job seekers and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates from online channels such as social media and professional platforms.
- Create compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Review incoming resumes and application forms.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Prepare and distribute assignments and tests, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning assessments.
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
- Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and address queries about compensation and benefits.
- Participate in job fairs and host recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
