Job Description We are in search of experienced On-Call Scheduling Coordinators to oversee all facets of the schedule for clients and caregivers.
The ideal candidate should be responsive, flexible, and adept at promptly addressing caregiver concerns in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-call support and assistance to caregivers beyond regular business hours.
- Respond to patient calls, address queries, and assist patients in scheduling new medical appointments.
- Modify or cancel appointments as needed.
- Manage and optimize caregiver schedules by filling open shifts and coordinating schedules for staffing adjustments.
- Keep the phone list updated and maintain current staff information in the system.
- Efficiently organize, track, and communicate all tasks.
- Communicate schedule changes to the appropriate staff.
Requirements
- Hold a 3-year or 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess experience in coordinating calendars, scheduling, and rescheduling.
- Comfortable with handling calls.
- Recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Operations management experience is a plus but not required.
- A background in healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with healthcare software, such as Wellsky, is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in using scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Professional-level proficiency in English (written and verbal/voice).
- Own a computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
Compensation and Benefits (Full-time)
- Monthly salary of up to PHP 55,000 (Based on experience).
- $50 (USD) cash bonus with every on-call shift.
- HMO coverage.
- 100% remote (permanent work from home).
Paid training.
