- Full-Time MBA/PGDM with specialization in Supply Chain Management from a recognized government institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 14 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates from PSU/government should have at least 2 years of experience in the immediate lower scale.
- Private sector candidates will receive a fixed salary per month as per General Condition Clause 6.
- Senior Manager (Quality Control):
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized university/institute with a minimum of 55% marks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 14 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates from PSU/government should have at least 2 years of experience in the immediate lower scale.
- Private sector candidates will receive a fixed salary per month as per General Condition Clause 6.

ALIMCO Clerk & Manager Selection Process 2023:
For positions numbered 1 to 12, applications will undergo scrutiny, and eligible candidates will be invited for a personal interview based on the recruitment policy criteria of the corporation.
If the number of eligible candidates exceeds 20 per post, the corporation may conduct an online or written test before the interview.
For E-0 positions at numbers 13-14, selection will be based on an online exam. For E-0 positions at number 15 (Officer – Accounts – HR-15), selection will be based on an online written test, interview, or both. For position number 16 (Clerk & Junior Assistant HR-16), the selection process will involve a typing test.
Candidates who qualify the typing test will be called for an online test, and the final selection will be based on the merit list of the online written test. Selections for position number 17, Junior Store Keeper (HR-17), will be based on an online written test.
For positions numbered 18-22 (HR-18, HR-19, HR-20, HR-21, HR-22), selection will be based on an online and/or skill test. The candidature of all applicants will be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates, testimonials, etc.
