Remote International Phone Support Representative
Job Description: Join our team as an International Phone Support Representative and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Amazon’s global customer base. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. Key job responsibilities
As an SFOE, your responsibilities will include monitoring multiple Seller Flex sites from an operations and compliance standpoint. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time launches and meet operational metrics. With a keen focus on customer satisfaction and taking ownership, you will use your analytical skills to identify patterns and address any disruptions. Attention to detail, deep analysis, and anticipation of data implications are vital. Regular weekend and/or overnight shifts, as well as travel to seller nodes for launching, setup, and monitoring of Flex operations, will be required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, operations dashboards, and related tools
- Previous experience in FMCG, warehousing, online retail, or similar industries
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
