Remote International Phone Support Representative

Job Description: Join our team as an International Phone Support Representative and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Amazon’s global customer base. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales issues. You will primarily communicate with customers through phone, chat, and email, utilizing various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and deliver effective solutions. Virtual Customer Service (VCS): Our Virtual Customer Service (VCS) operates on a “Work from Home” model, allowing you to work remotely from a location approved by Amazon. As an associate, you will be responsible for maintaining uninterrupted internet connectivity and creating a dedicated workspace that fosters productivity and quality.

Knowledge & Skills Required: Desired Skills:

  • Action-oriented, self-disciplined, and organized

Key job responsibilities

As an SFOE, your responsibilities will include monitoring multiple Seller Flex sites from an operations and compliance standpoint. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time launches and meet operational metrics. With a keen focus on customer satisfaction and taking ownership, you will use your analytical skills to identify patterns and address any disruptions. Attention to detail, deep analysis, and anticipation of data implications are vital. Regular weekend and/or overnight shifts, as well as travel to seller nodes for launching, setup, and monitoring of Flex operations, will be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  2. Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Familiarity with ERP systems, operations dashboards, and related tools
  5. Previous experience in FMCG, warehousing, online retail, or similar industries

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  2. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites simultaneously with attention to detail
