Description About the Job

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified candidate to assume responsibility for HR and Administration related activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: inviting applications from various sources, screening profiles, arranging interviews, facilitating joining formalities, etc.
  • HR Operations: managing employee life cycle activities, such as confirmation, appraisals, transfers, separations, etc.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
  • Record Keeping: maintaining employees’ personal file records and updating employees’ master data in SAP HR Module.
  • Administrative Support: providing support to employees in travel arrangements and any other HR/ Administration-related work assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have a first-class undergraduate degree in any discipline and a post-graduate degree in HR Management. They should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR and Administration related activities and should be no more than 28 years old.

Key Skills:

The candidate should possess expertise in HR and Administration-related work.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree: Any Graduate
  • Postgraduate degree: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
