Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For the positions of Credit Analyst and HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) (Work From Home), the monthly payable salary will be approximately Rs 33,300. More details about the salary can be found in the provided notification.
Responsibilities of Credit Analyst – The Credit Analyst is responsible for the following tasks:
- Preparing Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) and handling various notes (reviews, responses to risk department observations, etc.).
- Assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and preparing credit proposals by aligning them with existing product suite and credit policy guidelines.
- Conducting reviews and renewals of accounts.
- Maintaining acceptable Turnaround Time (TAT) for tasks like rating, appraisal note preparation, and renewals.
Responsibilities of HR Executives (Talent Acquisition) – The HR Executives (Talent Acquisition) are responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensuring efficient onboarding of new recruits within specified timelines, ensuring both quantity and quality are met by completing all necessary pre-onboarding steps and formalities.
- Providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Adhering to process timelines, maintaining differentiation mandates, and efficiently handling grievances.
- Managing the performance management process within the given timelines.
- Conceptualizing initiatives for employee engagement.
- Ensuring manpower deployment as per the manpower plan.

The Credit Appraisal Memo Processing Unit (CAMPU) is a crucial part of the team, comprising Credit Analysts who play a vital role in the credit appraisal process. These analysts are responsible for preparing the Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM), which involves evaluating proposals and presenting detailed information about borrowers, encompassing aspects such as market analysis, financial statements, technical ratios, management details, and more. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts gain insights into their clients’ profiles and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and provide relevant notes, including responses to observations from the Risk department.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers and create credit proposals, aligning borrower requirements with existing product suite and credit policy guidelines.
- Conduct reviews and renewals of accounts in a timely manner.
- Maintain acceptable Turnaround Time (TAT) for various tasks, such as conducting ratings, preparing appraisal notes, and handling renewals.
Qualifications:
The ideal qualifications for success in this role are as follows:
- Graduates with a strong academic background.
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as CAs/Management Graduates/ICWAs.
Role Proficiencies:
To excel in this position, the candidate should possess the following proficiencies:
- A solid understanding of financial ratios and concepts.
