Educational Qualifications for the Post of Project Supervisor (Electricals/Electronics):
Candidates must possess a Full-Time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) or an equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all the years/semesters from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Requirements:
Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in Installation, Commissioning, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for any of the following:
a) Propulsion system of Indian Railways b) AC EMU or NON AC ACEMU c) MEMU d) Metro e) Work experience in Indian Railways for the above-mentioned work or any coach-related work.
Age Limit for BHEL Project Supervisor Recruitment 2023:
The upper age limit for the post of Project Supervisor (Electricals/Electronics) is 32 years as on 01.03.2023, with a minimum of one year of cumulative post-qualification relevant work experience. However, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s), as per the rules of the Government of India. Candidates can refer to the official notification of BHEL 2023 for more information regarding relaxation in the upper age limit.
Salary Details:
The selected candidates for the post of Project Supervisor (Electricals/Electronics) will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 43,550/-
BHEL Project Supervisor Selection Process 2023:
If the number of eligible candidates for a post is in the ratio of up to 1:10 to the number of vacancies, Personal Interviews will be conducted for all eligible candidates.
However, if the number of eligible candidates is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies, the number of candidates for the Personal Interview will be restricted based on the aggregate marks obtained in the Qualifying examination [Diploma].

General, OBC and EWSs candidates are required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200/-. However, SC/ST candidates and Persons with Disability are exempted from paying the processing fee.
