Vacancy details for Byjus Work From Home Jobs
We are seeking Centre Sales Associates (CSAs) who will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining trusted relationships with key customers. As a CSA, your primary focus will be to identify growth opportunities and establish positive connections with new clients. You will be responsible for coordinating counseling sessions for parents and their children, which will be held during the weekends.
Our process begins with scheduling a complimentary counseling session for the child, along with their parents. During these sessions, the discussion revolves around the child’s learning methodology and their current learning challenges, aiming to provide effective solutions for improvement.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication skills while upholding our organization’s core values.
Responsibilities of a Centre Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers via daily phone calls on weekdays and coordinate counseling sessions for weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Conduct counseling sessions with parents during the weekends, identifying learning challenges faced by the child and presenting solutions using the unique selling points (USPs) of BYJU’S products.
Structured Sales Program (On the Job Training):
Our training program is divided into two distinct phases:
A. PHASE 1: SSP (On the Job Training) – 3 Weeks
- The initial three-week training phase takes place at our training facility, where we cover the theoretical aspects of the BYJU’S sales process.
- During this phase, you will actively participate in various activities such as customer calls and scheduling counseling sessions, which will be rigorously assessed at the end of the three-week period.
- Successful completion of the SSP phase opens the door to the next phase of the training program.
B. PHASE 2: Probationary Centre Sales Associate (M1 CSA) – 3 Months
- Phase 2, also known as M1 CSA, commences in the third week of training for candidates who have successfully cleared the first phase.
- You will apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the first phase to interact with customers, schedule and conduct counseling sessions.
- At the end of the Month 1 CSA (M1 CSA) period, your performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from managers, trainers, and the HR team will be closely monitored and reviewed to assess your eligibility for the Centre Sales Associate (BDA) position at BYJU’S.
- Final approval for becoming a CSA is subject to management approval.
The role requires full-time commitment, with a six-day workweek (Mondays off). Assessment parameters include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from managers, trainers, and the HR Team.
Upon successfully completing the training program, you will become eligible for the role of Centre Sales Associate with a competitive salary structure (7.5 – 8.5 LPA, comprising 4.5 – 5.5 Lakh fixed pay and 3 lakh performance pay). You can commence your role at the designated ‘Role location’ after joining the organization as a CSA.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a working laptop for this role.
Compensation:
- CST training stipend during the 3-week training: Rs. 10,000 for 3 weeks.
- CSA salary during the 90-day probation period: Rs. 16,667 – 19,250 (or minimum wage based on the region) per month, paid on a pro-rata basis.
CTC (CSA – post-qualification after training): INR 7,50,000 – 8,50,000 (4.5 – 5.5 Lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Centre Sales.
