Responsibilities

  • Effectively address client feedback by thoroughly understanding the issues and sentiments involved.
  • Take full responsibility for resolving problems and ensure their effective resolution.
  • Transform client dissatisfaction into delight through exceptional service.
  • Take proactive measures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future for all clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle challenging client situations with determination and exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate courteously, empathetically, and effectively with both external and internal clients.
  • Take complete ownership and drive the resolution of feedback until it is successfully resolved.
  • Familiarize yourself with internal delivery processes across services, teams, and markets to ensure that future assignments for complaining clients meet our quality standards.
  • Continuously improve the feedback management and resolution process, focusing on quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Meet resolution timeframes and contribute insights to enhance current services and validate new concepts proposed by clients.
  • Share insights gained from feedback regarding client behavior, preferences, industry trends, and the market.
  • Coordinate actively with internal stakeholders to ensure clients receive satisfactory resolutions on the same day, taking prompt action for urgent escalations.
  • Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) by delivering a superior experience during all interactions, including complaints, queries, and requests.
  • Redefine the customer journey and experience for various touchpoints.
  • Share insights with your manager and teammates as soon as you identify process gaps and offer suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a customer query resolution role.
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on the customer. Enjoy using your communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to achieve operational and team goals.
  • Exhibit a collaborative working spirit and the ability to work seamlessly across teams and functions to resolve complex situations.
  • Display outstanding interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the capability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Thrive under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and remain flexible in challenging situations.
  • Possess resourcefulness, quick decision-making abilities, and the capacity to think on your feet.
  • Work independently to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate solutions for routing scenarios.
