- Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) savings account customers in the identified segment and generate referrals from the specified catchment area.
- Ensure the acquisition of high-quality savings accounts based on product mix, segments, and construction mix.
- Proactively register and activate acquired customers on direct banking channels.
- Meet and exceed defined targets for new customer acquisitions by analyzing the transaction banking needs of the customers.
- Onboard and activate customers on digital platforms.
- Assist and support the sales manager in catchment mapping and scoping exercises.
- Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager/Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.

Secondary Responsibilities:
a) Regularly conduct activities in the catchment area to acquire high-quality HNI customers and build a strong visibility for IDFC First Bank.
b) Work on key central initiatives and seek regular referrals from existing customers.
c) Collaborate with other team members and support functions to provide products and service offerings to customers.
