Description About the Job

Vacancies – There are several vacancies available.

Name of Vacancies and Number of Posts – The following are the vacancies and the corresponding number of posts:

  1. Contact Centre Specialist.

Responsibilities – As a Contact Centre Specialist, your duties include being the primary point of contact for Cars24 customers, providing them with exceptional service through excellent communication, professionalism, and a warm attitude.

You’ll strive to exceed customer expectations, ensuring their satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the customer operations team to ensure the smooth preparation and delivery of cars.

As part of the new business development, you will also contribute to shaping and supporting customer-facing processes. Your performance will be evaluated based on customer satisfaction metrics.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – The Contact Centre Specialist position offers a monthly salary of approximately Rs 35,800. For more detailed salary information, refer to the notification.

Age Limit – Candidates applying for this recruitment must be at least 18 years old, and there is no upper age limit specified.

Educational Qualifications – The educational requirement for the Contact Centre Specialist position is a graduate degree in any discipline.

Knowledge and Skills Required – Candidates with basic knowledge of cars will have an advantage, as will those familiar with customer relationship management practices. Problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers are essential for this role.

Selection Method – The selection process for Cars24 (Work From Home) recruitment involves shortlisting/assessment tests followed by telephonic/field interviews. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address.

Work Experience – A minimum of two years of experience in a contact centre or a well-known retail environment is required. Freshers are not eligible for this recruitment.

Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and social media are essential. Please note that this position may require weekend and after-hours work on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the face and voice of Cars24 when interacting with customers.
  2. Go above and beyond to provide exceptional service, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills, leaving customers eager to share their Cars24 experience with others.
  3. Build trust by being responsive, reliable, and communicative, proactively resolving customer issues on the spot with a problem-solving mindset.
  4. Collaborate closely with the customer operations team to ensure the appropriate car is prepared for delivery.
  5. Facilitate smooth completion of all necessary paperwork required for the sale in coordination with the customer operations team.
  6. Familiarize yourself with the buy/sell processes in each state and be able to explain various car features to customers with the guidance provided through training.
  7. Contribute to shaping and supporting customer-facing processes in our growing business as we pave the way for the industry.
  8. Your performance will be measured by customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Possess 2-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center or reputable retail environment, engaging with customers through various channels such as phone, social media, email, and live-chat.
  2. Embrace a customer-centric mindset, recognizing your role as the voice of the customer within the organization and striving for nothing less than 100% satisfaction.
