Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent results for the business and customers.

Establish a thorough knowledge of vehicle monitoring quality assurance processes, while maintaining a high level of understanding of business operating systems, enabling effective implementation of policies and procedures.
Department/customer procedures. Be able to effectively plan and manage your workday to achieve the full range of individual and departmental goals and KPIs.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are always followed to provide consistent service internally and to all customers.
Report any issues with the SOP and actively seek improvements to enhance the customer experience of Cision’s services.
Provide the highest quality service, follow up issues professionally and in a timely manner.

Standard UK working hours, would be 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm GMT/BST, excluding one hour of unpaid lunch each day .
One hour lunch break is required between 12:00pm and 2:00pm GMT/BST.
