Description About the Job

Job Role: Learning Advisor

Job Location: Work From Home

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a lead pipeline of multi-discipline education programs from globally renowned B-Schools such as Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge, and Harvard for senior and top management executives.
  2. Provide in-depth and customized information to interested executives who inquire about comprehensive leadership development programs through phone and email.
  3. Ensure real-time updates of lead discussions on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  4. Guide and follow-up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
  5. Develop best practices for customer interaction, including standard FAQs, to capture value and recommend appropriate programs.
  6. Ensure adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
  7. Work as a self-contributor.
  8. Mentor and motivate a diverse inside sales team to achieve high enrollment for all programs.
  9. Demonstrate the ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move leads through pipeline stages.
  10. Organize and participate in marketing feedback meetings (internal) as required.
  11. Maintain an infectious positive attitude toward the job, the team, and the organization.
  12. Ability to multitask: Understand the end-to-end mechanism, from consultative sales to timely payment to enrollment/admission.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree holder.
  2. Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  3. Preferred experience in inside sales or a proven track record in a similar role.

Pay Scale/CTC: The average salary for a Learning Advisor at Emeritus is approximately Rs 41,600 per month, which amounts to around 5.0 lakhs per year.

  2. Strong listening and data analysis skills.
  3. Strong phone/video call presence.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Selection Process: The selection process involves shortlisting candidates, followed by assessment tests and virtual/face-to-face interviews. Successful candidates will receive a joining letter via email.
