Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive:

Effectively address consumer queries on social media platforms.
Identify cases that need to be assigned to the social outcalling team.
Gather details and establish facts about specific cases using available tools and data, coordinating with different departments.
Draft and publish proactive social care communications for customers.
Coordinate with various departments such as Legal, PR, HR, etc.
Categorize and tag cases based on the respective departments.
Provide feedback to respective departments or airports as necessary.
Foster brand loyalty and drive positive engagement on social media platforms.
Manage social media volume consistently while maintaining the quality of responses.

Responsibilities of a Flight Safety Executive:

Download and reconcile flight data.
Prepare CVR and FDR readout reports in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining the CVR and FDR database.
Help prepare FDM reports.
Assist in AGS/GSE programming.
Facilitate data review by Flight fleet captain, supervisor, and safety consultant.
Participate as a member of the safety audit team when required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the chief/deputy chiefs of flight safety.

Salary and Grade Pay:

The payable salary for the Social Media Executive and Flight Safety Executive positions will be approximately Rs 30,100 per month.

The position of Executive/Sr. Executive (FDM) requires either a Pilot holding or having held an ATPL license or an Engineer with up to two years of experience.

The Executive/Sr. Executive (FDM) will have the following responsibilities:

Assisting in maintaining the CVR and DFDR database.
Assisting in preparing FDM reports.

Performing any other duties assigned by the Chief/Dy Chiefs of Flight Safety.

Tagging/categorizing cases according to the respective departments.
Sharing feedback with the respective departments/Airport when necessary.
Building brand loyalty and driving positive engagement on social media platforms.
Managing social media volume consistently while maintaining the quality of responses.
Developing engaging, creative, and innovative content/ideas for regularly scheduled posts that align with the brand and engage the audience.

Note: The role requires comfort with rotational shifts and offs.

Qualification/Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience.

Relevant experience in Customer Services, Complaints Handling, and Online Reputation Management (ORM) is preferred.
