Customer Success Intern – Job Description
As a Customer Success Intern at inFeedo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by driving adoption and usage.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high CSAT scores, manage customer health status, adhere to ticket SLAs, and establish a company-wide customer feedback loop.
- Report Building: Develop and present quarterly business review data to customers and prepare post-meeting reports.
- Data Upload & Analysis: Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, provide ongoing reports, assist with onboarding new customers, and conduct ad-hoc analysis and research exercises.
- Presentation Creation: Proactively optimize article content and titles to enhance searchability for solutions through the support center.
- Customer Success Team Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sr. CSMs and CSMs to support their account portfolios and improve overall customer retention.
This role provides exciting opportunities to engage with senior industry leaders (CHROs, CXOs), build lasting customer relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction and product adoption. Go the extra mile to solve issues and impress customers with your clear, efficient, and caring communication.
You will work with Sam, Srikrithi, and the rest of the inFeedo team.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-6 months Critical Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Bonus Points:
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership in previous projects or events.
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
