Educational Qualification: (As of [current date])
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics): Applicants must have a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical): Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science): Aspiring individuals must hold a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electronics) – Autonomous Body – PRL: Applicants must have a BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.

Salary Details:
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ in Level 10 of the Pay Matrix, with a minimum basic pay of ₹56,100/- per month. Additionally, they will receive Dearness Allowance [DA], House Rent Allowance [HRA], and Transport Allowance as per existing rules. The employees will be covered by the New Pension Scheme. Other benefits include medical facilities for self and dependents, subsidized canteen, limited quarters facility (in lieu of HRA), Leave Travel Concession, Group Insurance, House Building Advance, etc., as per Central Government orders.
ISRO ICRB Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ Selection Process 2023:
The selection process for ISRO ICRB Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ may include the following steps:
- Written test
- Interview
Exam Centers: The written test will be conducted at eleven venues, namely Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Thiruvananthapuram. However, ISRO reserves the right to cancel/change the written test venue and reassign candidates to any other test center. Call letters for the written test will be sent only to the registered email IDs of candidates.
Application Fee/Exam Fee for ISRO ICRB Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’:
The application fee is ₹250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) for each application. Candidates applying for multiple posts must separately remit an application fee of Rs. 250/-. The payment can be made online through Internet Banking/Debit Card or offline by visiting the nearest SBI Branch. Candidates can pay the application fee immediately after submitting their application or any day before the last date for fee payment, which is 16.06.2023. The last date for submitting the online application is 14.06.2023. Candidates are advised to make the online payment by 12.06.2023 to avoid any unexpected transaction failures/issues.
