Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- District Quality Consultant:
- Dental/Ayush/Nursing/Social Science/Life Science graduates with Masters in Hospital Administration/Public Health/Health Management (full-time or equivalent).
- 2 years of experience in Health administration.
- Desirable training/experience in NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen.
- Previous work experience in health quality is an advantage.
- Dental Surgeon:
- BDS qualification from government or government-approved private Dental colleges recognized by the Dental Council of India.
- Certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Dental Council.
- Refrigeration Mechanics (Immunisation):
- Certificate course in ITI Refrigeration Mechanic & Air Conditioning with one year of experience.
- Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP):
- Diploma in GNM/B.Sc., (Nursing) from Government or Government-approved Private Nursing colleges recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- RBSK Pharmacist:
- Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Health Inspector GR-II:
- Must have passed plus two with Biology or Botany and Zoology.
- Must have passed Tamil Language as a subject in S.S.L.C level.
- Must possess two years of Multi-purpose Health Worker (Male)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector Course training.
- ANM-UPHC:
- For pre-15.11.2012 qualification: SSLC with 18 months Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) course.
- For post-15.11.2012 qualification: +2 with 2 years Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Multi-purpose Health Workers (Female) course.
- Certificate of registration issued by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
- Dental Assistant:
- 10th passed with experience in assisting Dental Surgeon.
- Data Entry Operator:
- Intermediate (10+2) and computer literate.
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
- Programme – Administrative Assistant:
- Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office Package.
- One year of experience in managing office and supporting Health Programme/National Health Mission (NRHM).
- Knowledge of Accountancy and drafting skills are required.
- Tribal Welfare Counselor:
- Person from the local Tribal community, preferably female.
- Must have passed 10th std.
- Must be familiar with the Tribal Language.
Salary Details:
- District Quality Consultant – Rs. 40,000/-
- Dental Surgeon – Rs. 34,000/-
- Refrigeration Mechanics (Immunisation) – Rs. 20,000/-
- Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP) – Rs. 18,000/-
- RBSK Pharmacist – Rs. 15,000/-
- Health Inspector GR-II – Rs. 14,000/-
- ANM-UPHC – Rs. 14,000/-
- Dental Assistant – Rs. 13,800/-
- Data Entry Operator – Rs. 13,500/-
- Programme – Administrative Assistant – Rs. 12,000/-
- Tribal Welfare Counselor – Rs. 10,500/-
