Vacancy Details:

NITTTRCHD is inviting applications for the following positions:

1. Junior System Engineer
2. Accounts Officer
3. Senior Production Assistant
4. Personal Assistant
5. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior System Engineer:

• Essential: First-class BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Desirable:

• 3 years of experience in maintaining PCs/Servers and computer peripherals.Experience in teaching/organizing computer hardware maintenance training.Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance in wired and wireless networking.

• Accounts Officer:

• Essential:

• Graduate with minimum 55% marks with SAS qualified.Post Graduate in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics with SAS qualified.

• Experience: 8 years (graduate) or 5 years (post-graduate) in handling accounts, budget preparation, and maintenance.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in English, knowledge of computerized accounting systems, and familiarity with Indian Government Taxation Norms.

• Senior Production Assistant:

• Essential: 3 years diploma in any branch of Engineering with 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional material preparation in Engineering/Science subjects at the polytechnic level OR a diploma in cinematography/film production with 5 years of experience in film production.
  • OR a degree in Engineering with a flair for creative writing/drawing/painting/illustration and a good command of English.

• Personal Assistant:

• Essential: Graduate with 5 years total experience, including 3 years as Jr. Stenographer OR Matriculation with eligibility for college course and 7 years total experience, including 4 years as Jr. Stenographer.
  • Shorthand speed: 100 w.p.m, Typing Speed: 40 w.p.m.

• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):

• Essential: Passed School Final (Class X) or its equivalent examination.

Age Limit: (As on 17.11.2023)

1. Junior System Engineer: 35 years
2. Accounts Officer: 45 years
3. Senior Production Assistant: 35 years
4. Personal Assistant: 35 years
5. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): 35 years

Salary Details:

1. Junior System Engineer: Pay Matrix Level 10 (Rs.56100-177500)
2. Accounts Officer: Pay Matrix Level 7 (Rs. 44900-142400)
3. Senior Production Assistant: Pay Matrix Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400)
4. Personal Assistant: Pay Matrix Level 6 (Rs. 35400-112400)
5. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS): Pay Matrix Level-1 (Rs.18000 – 56900)

Selection Process:

NITTTRCHD may follow the process of screening test, written test, documents verification, domain skill test, and interview.

Application Fee:

• Non-refundable application fee: Rs. 750/- (to be submitted online).
• Candidates applying for more than one post need to apply separately for each post and pay the application fee for each post.
• No fee for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Women candidates.

How to Apply:

Candidates meeting the criteria should apply online on the NITTTRCHD website from 06.10.2023 to 17.11.2023 @ 05.00 PM. After applying online, candidates need to submit the hard copy of the application printout along with the required documents to the specified address by 24.11.2023 @ 05.00 PM.
