Job Position: Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities: The detailed job responsibilities for this opening are listed below:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the designated category
  • Increase conversion ratios and average transaction values
  • Provide guidance and counseling to customers
  • Deliver high-quality customer service levels
  • Keep updated knowledge about product and selling departments/services
  • Ensure proper stocking of products and their display with adherence to standards
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products/services
  • Adhere to promotional activities and offers
  • Interact accurately with JDC/HO teams to report on customers, sales, stock, competition, and skills
  • Resolve stock management procedures
  • Assist in stock staking
  • Provide necessary qualitative assistance

Qualification Required: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree.
