SECI is welcoming applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager (Renewable) –

1. Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate, preferably in Electrical/Solar/Power Engineering/Power Systems Engineering/Energy Engineering/Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
2. Desirable: Two years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
3. Essential Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 19 years of post-qualification executive experience in renewable energy/power sector, including at least 03 years in handling large-scale solar power projects and related technologies.

2. General Manager (New Technology) –

2. Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate, preferably in Electrical/Chemical/Solar/Power Engineering/Energy Engineering/Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
3. Desirable: Two years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
4. Essential Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 19 years of post-qualification executive experience in manufacturing/process industry, including at least 03 years in Green Ammonia production technologies and related fields.

3. General Manager (Contracts & Procurement) –

3. Essential Qualification: Engineering Graduate, preferably in Electrical/Solar/Power Engineering/Power Systems Engineering/Energy Engineering/Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute, or Two years MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Material Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistic Management.
4. Desirable: Two years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
5. Essential Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 19 years of post-qualification executive experience in renewable energy/power sector, with at least 05 years in handling high-value contracts.

4. General Manager (HR & Administration) –

4. Essential Qualification:

4. Degree in any Discipline.
5. Two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/Business Administration/Business Management with Specialization in Personnel Management/HRM/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare, or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma of minimum two years’ duration in related fields.

4. Desirable: Masters/Graduate Degree in Law is desirable.
5. Essential Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 19 years of post-qualification executive experience in Human Resource/Personnel Management/HRD, including at least 05 years in various HR functions.

Age Limit: (As on 14.12.2023)

1. General Manager (Renewable) – Not more than 50 years.
2. General Manager (New Technology) – Not more than 50 years.
3. General Manager (Contracts & Procurement) – Not more than 50 years.
4. General Manager (HR & Administration) – Not more than 50 years.

Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Salary Details:

1. General Manager (Renewable) – Rs. 120,000-280,000/- (IDA)
2. General Manager (New Technology) – Rs. 120,000-280,000/- (IDA)
3. General Manager (Contracts & Procurement) – Rs. 120,000-280,000/- (IDA)
4. General Manager (HR & Administration) – Rs. 120,000-280,000/- (IDA)

Selection Process:

SECI may follow the below process for candidate selection:

1. Short Listing
2. Interview

Application Fee:

The application fee is Rs. 1,000/- for the post, payable online. SC/ST/PwD and internal candidates are exempted from payment of fees, and fees will be refunded in case of recruitment cancellation.
