Requirements
– Experience doing order processing, shipping, invoicing online
– Experience doing customer service and collections
– Professional-level English (written and spoken)
– Experience using any e-commerce platform, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
– Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Compensation and Benefits
– Full-time: Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)

Job Description
We are seeking experienced E-commerce Assistants to aid our clients in processing customer orders, dispatching orders to the warehouse, assisting with shipping and invoicing completed orders, and coordinating transport for pickups.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree,
- Previous experience in order processing, online shipping, and invoicing.
- Proficiency in customer service and collections.
- Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with any e-commerce platform, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- A computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position: Compensation of up to PHP 42,500 per month (Based on experience).
- Remote work from home.
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
- Bonuses and incentives.
- Paid training.
