Job Overview
Position Summary: The role of Central Operations Support Executive entails providing remote assistance to sellers in their daily operations.
This includes tasks like continuous metrics monitoring, initiating on-site support for sellers, conducting audits, managing stakeholders both within and outside of Amazon, implementing new processes, and overseeing central control centers.
We are seeking an individual who keeps the broader customer experience in focus and is eager to take ownership of their responsibilities.
This role demands the ability to identify patterns, detect disruptions, scrutinize details, and anticipate the implications of data.
Our team handles both inbound and outbound operations through various communication channels, both voice and non-voice. The successful candidate must be flexible to work on weekends and during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the smooth operation of assigned sites remotely using outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Act as a liaison between field executives/sellers and internal and external agencies to ensure efficient and timely execution of operations.
- Provide guidance and training to sellers to ensure adherence to norms and best practices.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and suggest enhancements and processes aimed at enhancing the seller experience.
- Be available for weekend shifts.

The Associate is expected to perform precise and comprehensive video and image annotations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

A Day in the Life
GO-AI Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts. Associates typically work a 9-hour shift, including breaks. Shift timings may change quarterly or as per business requirements. Night shift associates will receive a night shift allowance as per Amazon’s work policy.
Weekly Offs: Rotational two-consecutive days off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off, not necessarily on Saturday and Sunday) or as per business discretion.
About The Team
GO-AI provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, aiming to enable hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images.
Videos with brief durations, usually between 15 and 20 seconds, are sent to GO-AI for annotation, providing information about the products being stored at fulfillment centers.
These videos need thorough review and annotation using human judgment for business use.
The effectiveness of the automated process is enhanced by utilizing videos annotated by GO-AI Associates, ultimately contributing to the maintenance of stow quality at the fulfillment center.
