Description About the Job

One of the opportunities we have available is for a Content Research Professional to join our Customer Experience Team. This role is crucial to the department’s efficiency and involves providing support, troubleshooting, process improvements, and implementing escalations.
The Content Research Professional will work alongside the Knowledge Expert to create training materials and collaborate on internal and cross-team projects.
The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, customer-centric, and possess a good understanding of the Content Research Specialist role, CX process, and Apply Board policies and processes.
They should be able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and remain up-to-date with procedures and policies. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office tools, G Suite, and Apply Guide is necessary for the candidate to succeed in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Content Research Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks on a daily basis, including:
- Keeping up-to-date with expert knowledge of the role, department, and company-level processes and goals.
- Providing expert knowledge and problem-solving support to Content team members and external inquiries.
- Collaborating and taking action on internal team and cross-team projects.
- Collaborating and taking action on cross-department projects.
- Working cross-functionally across teams within the department and company to identify and improve inefficiencies and knowledge gaps.
- Supporting the Content team in identifying areas of improvement and seeking resolutions.
- Assisting with policy creation and implementation.
- Supporting the Content team members in resolving school-related escalations regarding the setup and maintenance of school pages and programs.
- Supporting Partner Client Managers in resolving process-related escalations.
- Assisting the Knowledge Expert in maintaining and creating new training materials and implementing changes.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to listen to, understand, and answer questions using Content, CX, and Apply Board knowledge and experience.
- Comfortable using Google and Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented, and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong researching, investigating, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in proofreading/editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness.
- Able to work in a collaborative, teamwork environment.
- Able to multi-task and shift roles as per the need/requirement for the day to meet deadlines.
- Able to adapt to new policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of customer service standards.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work well independently.
