CSL is now accepting applications for the following positions:
- Semi Skilled Rigger on a contract basis: 56 positions

Eligibility Criteria for CSL Safety Assistant:
Educational Qualifications:
- Semi Skilled Rigger on a contract basis:
- Educational Qualification: Pass in IV Std.
- Experience: A minimum of three years of rigging experience, including two years in rigging heavy-duty machine parts, assisting in the erection of machinery/equipment, and strong knowledge of wire ropes splicing.
- Safety Assistant on a contract basis:
- Educational Qualification: a) Pass in SSLC. b) One-year Diploma in Safety/Fire from a government-recognized institute or Public Sector Undertaking.
- Experience: Minimum one year of training or experience in safety in a Public Sector Undertaking or a Factory.
Age Limit:
- The upper age limit for the posts should not exceed 30 years as of October 21, 2023 (applicants should be born on or after October 22, 1993).
- Upper age limit relaxation: 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC/ST candidates in reserved posts, and relaxable for Ex-servicemen per Government of India guidelines, up to a maximum age of 45 years.
Remuneration:
- Contract Period: 1st year ₹22,100/-, 2nd year ₹22,800/-, 3rd year ₹23,400/-
- Compensation for extra hours of work: 1st year ₹4,600/-, 2nd year ₹4,700/-, 3rd year ₹4,900/-
Selection Process:
CSL may use the following process to select candidates:
- Written Test
- Practical Test (based on grades obtained in the test)
Application Fee/Exam Fee for CSL Safety Assistant:
- Application fee of ₹200/- (Non-refundable, plus bank charges extra) to be paid online (Debit card/Credit card/Internet Banking/Wallets/UPI) from October 6, 2023, to October 21, 2023.
- SC/ST applicants are exempt from the application fee.
