Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive (CSE), your primary role is to assist our customers with inquiries related to our products and services. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding our product users through features and functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, email, or chat.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Maintain and update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Learning Actions
30-day Plan
- Begin by absorbing as much information as possible about the company’s strategies, missions, and visions.
- Review product information and get an understanding of the support processes, as well as familiarity with the tools and products we use.
60-day Plan
- Establish a success baseline and map the customer journey/experience lifecycle.
- Be capable of handling customer queries independently across all products in a concise and timely manner.
90-day Plan
- Evaluate ways to scale up and identify new strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Communicate with the product team to share customer feedback on the product.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support roles or similar positions.
- Ability to support customers across different time zones (IST, US, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, and product-based companies is a plus.
