As a Recruitment Executive, your role encompasses comprehensive recruitment responsibilities, including:
- End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: You will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to candidate selection.
- Bulk Hiring Support and BPO Functions: Your focus will be on managing the complete recruitment process for bulk hiring support and BPO functions. This includes executing a multi-channel approach to source, screen, interview, attract, and select the right talent. You will also be responsible for salary and level benchmarking.
- National Reach: You will need to demonstrate experience in executive sourcing and the successful delivery of end-to-end lateral recruitment across India within a complex, matrixed organizational environment.
- Diverse Account Recruitment: You’ll be tasked with recruiting experienced candidates for multiple accounts within the BPO industry.
- Efficient Hiring: Your role involves handling bulk hiring as well as niche positions, demonstrating a track record of swift turnaround times and efficient closures.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: You will be responsible for sourcing relevant candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networking sites, employee referrals, job postings, and other networks. You will also conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Interview Coordination: You’ll coordinate with technical panels for technical interviews and client interviews. This includes screening potential candidates and arranging face-to-face, Skype/WebEx, and phone interviews as per specific criteria.
- Candidate Management: You will initiate background verification checks, medical checks, offer management, and stakeholder management.
- Diverse Skill Sets: Your experience should cover high-volume recruitment for a range of skills and positions, including generic, niche, and super-niche roles across various technologies throughout India.
- Offshore Ramp-Up Hiring: You will have a track record of effectively managing offshore ramp-up hiring initiatives across India for roles like KYC and NOC (IT).
- Sourcing Tools: Utilizing platforms such as Naukri.com, Monster, and LinkedIn will be an integral part of your sourcing strategy.
