- Verify and document customer and business banking account information to ensure compliance with KYC requirements
- Validate various regulatory documents submitted by customers
- Ensure timely completion of all customer requests in accordance with procedures and guidelines
- Perform due diligence on all required processing steps and check parameters defined in the process
- Escalate any exceptions or deviations to management in a timely manner
- Achieve productivity and accuracy targets set for the process
