Qualification Criteria:

1. Officers (Analyst Grade) –

• Functional Area: Presales, Proposals and Appraisal & Syndication, Disbursement, Monitoring & Follow-up, Operations
  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance)/ ICWA/ CFA / CMA /CA /Post-Graduation Degree /Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance

• Human Resources –

• Functional Area: Human Resources
  • Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations

• Investment & Treasury –

• Functional Area: Resource Raising, Treasury – Back Office, Treasury – Front Office
  • Educational Qualification: MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CA / CFA/ PostGraduation Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / Forex
  • Preferred: Certification in Treasury/Forex

• Information Technology & Operations –

• Functional Area: Business Support & Project Management Technical Support
  • Educational Qualification: MCA / MTech / M. E. / Postgraduate in Computer Science, AI & ML, Software Engg, IT, Cyber Security from recognized University / Institution

• General Administration –

• Functional Area: Procurement, Liaison, Administration
  • Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution.

• Risk Management –

1. Economist –

• Functional Area: Economist
  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in economics with specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics or mathematical economics or equivalent from a recognized University / Institution
  • Preferred: PhD in Economics/ Banking/ Finance/ Statistics/ Mathematics

Experience: Post-qualification experience of 1 year for all the above positions in Analyst grade is preferred.

Age Limit: (As on 01.10.2023)

Minimum: 21 years, Maximum: 32 years

Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.

Salary Details:

The annual fixed compensation for Analyst grade, appointed in the service of the Bank will be Rs 14.83 lakh (approximately). Additionally, variable pay (performance bonus) of up to 20% on fixed compensation may be paid based on performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time.

Selection Process:

NaBFID may follow the following process to select the candidates:

1. Online Exam
2. Interview

Online examination will be conducted in the following cities: Ahmedabad/ Gandhinagar, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Guwahati, Chandigarh/ Mohali, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Thiruvananthapuram, Kolkata, Patna, Jaipur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Pune, Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ MMR region and Delhi/ NCR.

Application Fee:

Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are ₹ 800/- plus applicable taxes for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates and ₹ 100/-plus applicable taxes (Only Intimation charges) for SC / ST / PwBD candidates. Applicants are requested to ensure their eligibility before applying for any post. Fees once paid will not be refunded in case the applicant is not found to be eligible for the said post.

Candidates fulfilling all the above criteria will have to apply online through the link on the NaBFID website in the careers webpage under the current openings section, i.e., from 23.10.2023 to 13.11.2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
