Description About the Job
Role: Hub Administration Manager
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Location: PAN INDIA
Required Technical Skill Set: Graduation in any discipline, experience in Facility Management
Desired Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Equipment
- Experience in Soft Services Facility Management
- Proficient in Facility Operations and Management
- Previous team management experience
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to work, learn, and perform under extreme pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Good liaison with Police and other local Government departments
- Familiarity with laws related to facility compliance and operations
- Vendor management skills
- Open to taking complete ownership, responsibility, and accountability for assigned work
- Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities/Expectations of the Role:
- Complete ownership of managing HUB Admin activities and operations, including the Admin Team
- Defining the scope and Key Result Areas (KRAs) of team members
- Communicating and coordinating with immediate management for day-to-day activities
- Reporting directly to the Regional Admin Head – TCSiON on day-to-day activities, incident management, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on key project activities, plans, and progress
- Managing calls and discussions
- Managing end-to-end administrative activities on exam days and non-exam days, including team coordination
- Ensuring zero incidents related to Admin Services on exam days
- Assisting in the recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
- Defining and implementing control and monitoring mechanisms for the Admin Team within the HUB
- Training and developing the Admin Team within the HUB
- Standardizing processes at all exam venues within the HUB
- Vendor management and supporting the Regional Head in finalizing contracts and handling vendor invoices
- Publishing regular dashboards on key performance parameters to the Regional Admin Head and senior management as needed
- Acting as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters within the HUB
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Commitments (SLCs) are met at exam venues
- Providing governance over ViDZ/LISP partners, conducting regular meetings, and resolving audit points
- Deploying ad hoc/contract manpower at exam venues
- Assisting in the shortlisting of prospective partners/venues based on defined parameters within the region
- Monitoring and maintaining legal compliance for all venues
- Preparing and deploying contingency/business continuity plans
- Conducting surprise checks at exam venues
- Handling crisis situations
- Coordinating and managing with manpower agencies regarding deployment and staff-related issues and compliances
- Conducting audits of exam venues
- Performing any other duties assigned from time to time
