Eligibility Criteria:

Specialist (Anaesthesiology):

MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council
Postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesiology
Three years of experience in Anaesthesiology

Specialist (Cardiology):

MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council
D.M. in Cardiology or equivalent
One year of experience in Cardiology

Specialist (Medicine):

MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council
Postgraduate qualification in Medicine
Three years of experience in Medicine

Specialist (Nephrology):

MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council
D.M. in Nephrology or equivalent
One year of experience in Nephrology

Specialist (Obstetrics & Gynaecology):

MBBS degree recognized by Indian Medical Council
Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Three years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Specialist (Orthopaedics):

X-Ray Technician (Radio-Diagnosis):

B.Sc. in Radiography or equivalent
Two years’ experience in operating radio diagnosis equipment

Junior Occupational Therapist:

Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Two years’ experience in Occupational Therapy Department in a Hospital OR
Diploma in Occupational Therapy (not less than 3 years) and three years’ experience

Junior Physiotherapist:

Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
Two years’ experience in Physiotherapy Department in a Hospital OR
Diploma in Physiotherapy (not less than 3 years) and three years’ experience

Medical Laboratory Technologist:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
Two years’ relevant experience in a recognized Institution/Hospital

Pharmacist:

Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
One year experience as Pharmacist OR
Diploma in Pharmacy and two years’ experience as Pharmacist
Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948

Stenographer Grade – II:

12th Class pass or equivalent qualification
Skill Test Norms: Dictation (10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m), Transcription (50 minutes in English / 65 minutes in Hindi on computer)

Junior Administrative Assistant:

12th Class or equivalent qualification
Typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on Computer

Age Limit:

Specialist: Up to 40 years
General Duty Medical Officer: Up to 35 years
Child Psychologist, Nursing Officer, Junior Occupational Therapist, Junior Physiotherapist, Medical Laboratory Technologist: Up to 35 years
X-Ray Technician (Radio-Diagnosis): Up to 30 years
Pharmacist, Stenographer Grade – II: Up to 30 years
Junior Administrative Assistant: Up to 30 years

Salary Details:

Specialist: Rs. 67,700/- in Level-11 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC + NPA
General Duty Medical Officer: Rs. 56,100/- in Level-10 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC + NPA
Child Psychologist: Rs. 56,100/- in Level-10 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC + NPA
Nursing Officer: Rs. 44,900/- in Level 7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.
X-Ray Technician (Radio-Diagnosis): Rs. 35,400/- in Level 6 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC
Junior Occupational Therapist, Junior Physiotherapist, Medical Laboratory Technologist: Rs. 35,400/- in Level 6 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC
Pharmacist: Rs. 29,200/- in Level 5 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.
Stenographer Grade – II: Rs. 25,500/- in Level 4 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.
Junior Administrative Assistant: Rs. 19,900/- in Level 2 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC.

Computer Based Test (CBT)
Interview

Test Centre for CBT:

Puducherry, Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirapalli, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Bengaluru (Bangalore), Rajamahendravaram (Rajahmundry), Tiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kochi, Kozikode, Kollam & Kannur or as decided by the Director, JIPMER.
