Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has released a notification for the recruitment of 55 Trainee Engineers – I and Project Engineers – I. The details of the vacancies are as follows:

1. Trainee Engineers – I (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science): positions
2. Project Engineers – I (Electronics/Computer Science):positions

Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the notification. The educational qualification required for Trainee Engineers – I and Project Engineers – I includes a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree (4-year course) in relevant disciplines from a reputed university or institution.

The age limit for Trainee Engineers – I is a maximum of 28 years for General and EWS candidates, while for Project Engineers – I, it is a maximum of 32 years for General and EWS candidates. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST, and PwBD categories as per government rules.

Selected candidates will be engaged for an initial period of 2 to 3 years based on the position applied for, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance. The remuneration for Trainee Engineers – I ranges from Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month, while for Project Engineers – I, it ranges from Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 55,000/- per month.

The selection process may include a written test followed by an interview. Candidates are required to pay the application fee as mentioned in the notification, except for those belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories.

Completed applications, along with the necessary documents, should be sent by post to the address mentioned in the notification, superscribed with “Application for the post of Trainee Engineer-I” or “Application for the post of Project Engineer-I”.
