Unveiling the Available Positions:

1. Administrative Officer (1 Post):

• Lead and manage administrative operations within a designated department.
• Possess a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a reputable university.
• Boast at least five years of experience, preferably within a Centrally Funded Educational Institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

2. Executive – ERP (1 Post):

• Provide expertise in implementing and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application with at least 5 years of experience in a reputed organization (or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience).
• Experience with D365 Finance and Operations ERP is highly desirable.

3. Jr. Engineer (Electrical) (1 Post):

• Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure within the university.
• Possess a B.E./ B. Tech degree in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks and three years of relevant experience.
• Diploma holders in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks and five years of relevant experience are also eligible.
• Extensive experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of HT & LT substations, HVAC equipment, generators, lifts, fire safety systems, and water purification systems is preferred.

4. Junior Assistant (Gr-I) (1 Post):

• Provide administrative and clerical support within a designated department.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
• Strong computer typing skills and proficiency in computer applications are essential.

5. Office Assistant (2 Posts):

• Offer comprehensive administrative support tasks within an office environment.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a reputed organization.
• Strong computer typing skills and proficiency in computer applications are necessary.

Eligibility Requirements for All Positions:

• Educational qualifications as specified above (as of October 6th, 2024).
• Must be less than the age limit for the respective position as of October 6th, 2024.
• (Age Limits) – Administrative Officer: 35 Years; Executive – ERP, Jr. Engineer (Electrical): 35 Years; Junior Assistant (Gr-I): 30 Years; Office Assistant: 30/33 Years (with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and PwBD candidates).
