Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Accounts Executive: B.Com, BBA/Graduation with Economics
• Secretarial Assistant: Any Graduate, Basic English Knowledge
• Recruitment Executive (HR): Any Graduate, Basic English Knowledge
• Diploma Chemical to Diploma Mechanical: Respective Diploma in Engineering
• Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology
• Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant: 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics
• Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant): B.Sc. with Physics and Chemistry
• Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology): 12th class examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

Age Limit: (As on 01.04.2023)

• All positions: 25 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.

Other Eligibility:

1. Candidate should be at least 18 years old as of 01.04.2023.
2. The prescribed qualification must be from a recognized University/Institute as a regular full-time course.
3. Allied branches of diploma in engineering are not applicable.
4. Candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or have one year or more of job experience are not eligible.
5. The candidate should have the passing certificate/final year mark sheet of the required qualification as of 01.01.2021, and the minimum percentage should be of the final year or the aggregate of the last two semesters.

Stipend:

1. Technician (vocational) apprentice or Vocational Certificate holder or Sandwich Course (Students from Diploma Institutions): Rs. 7000/- per month
2. Technician apprentices or diploma holder in any stream or sandwich course (students from degree institutions): Rs. 8000/- per month
3. Graduate apprentices or degree apprentices or degree in any stream: Rs. 9000/- per month

Selection Process:

A merit list will be drawn based on the percentage criteria and applicable reservation secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification.

Registration On Portals:

c) Candidates aspiring for Graduate Apprentice such as BA, B. Com., B. Sc., BBA/Graduation with Economics will be registered after joining at RCF as an Apprentice.

How to apply:

Candidates fulfilling all the above criteria must apply online only through the link on the RCF website in the careers webpage under the current openings section, i.e., from 24.10.2023 to 07.11.2023. No other mode of application will be accepted.
