The SDR Outbound Team: Fueling Our Growth

We are currently seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic Outbound team. This is a remote-first, full-time, salaried position, offering the flexibility to thrive in a work-from-home environment. The ideal candidate is a “rockstar” who thrives on exceeding expectations and plays a pivotal role in driving our business growth.

Responsibilities: Building the Pipeline for Success

As an SDR Outbound team member, you’ll be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts. Your core responsibilities will focus on:

  • Proactive Prospecting: You’ll be a master of outbound prospecting, actively identifying and reaching out to potential customers who align perfectly with our ideal customer profile (ICP). This will involve a combination of research, cold calling, and email outreach strategies.

  • Generating Qualified Opportunities: You’ll leverage your strong research and prospecting skills to identify and qualify leads within your assigned region or market. This ensures a steady flow of high-quality leads that are nurtured and ultimately passed on to our sales team for further conversion.
  • Connecting with Decision-Makers: You’ll confidently initiate conversations with high-profile individuals within your targeted companies. These conversations will delve into their specific needs and challenges, allowing you to demonstrate how Sprinto can address them effectively.

Requirements: Building the Skills for Success

  • Proven Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outbound prospecting, ideally within the SaaS industry, will be instrumental for your success.
  • Communication Mastery: Prior experience with email outreach and cold calling techniques is a must. Your confidence and communication skills will be crucial in engaging prospects.
  • Understanding of SaaS Sales: A solid grasp of the SaaS sales landscape, including common practices and challenges, will allow you to navigate conversations effectively.
  • Sales Drive: You demonstrate a high level of confidence, motivation, and genuine curiosity about the world of sales.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with leading sales enablement platforms like Hubspot, Outreach, Apollo, and Sales Navigator is highly preferred.
  • Empathetic Navigator: Your ability to read emotional cues and understand customer needs allows you to navigate conversations strategically and build rapport.
