- Chief General Manager (Gr-IX) Head Armoured Business – First Class Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institution. Alternatively, Brigadier (or higher) from the Indian Army with a Degree. Postgraduate degree / diploma in technology / management will be advantageous.
- Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 21 Years
- Deputy General Manager (Gr-VII) Planning / Marketing – Colonel from the Indian Army with a Degree. Officers of Armoured Corps and Mech. Infantry are eligible to apply.
- Minimum Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 16 Years Experience in their respective Arms
- Assistant General Manager (Gr-VI) Planning / Marketing – Lt. Colonel from the Indian Army with a Degree. Officers of Armoured Corps and Mech. Infantry are eligible to apply.
- Minimum Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 13 Years Experience in their respective Arms
- Deputy General Manager (Gr. VII) Maritime Business – First Class Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University / Institution. Marine Engineering qualification is preferred.
- Minimum Post Qualification Experience: 16 Years
