CUTN Calls for Applications for the Following Position:

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- A Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale where the grading system is followed) in Media and Communication from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
- The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by UGC. Those who are awarded a Ph.D. degree in Media and Communication in accordance with the University Grants Commission Regulations are exempted from NET.
- The qualification for guest faculty should be at par with the minimum qualification for Assistant Professors in Universities as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
Salary Details:
Selected candidates will receive an Honorarium of Rs. 1500/- per lecture, subject to a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Selection Process:
CUTN may follow the subsequent process to select candidates.

Interested candidates should fill in all relevant fields in the Application Proforma, preferably typed or neatly handwritten, providing information on qualifications, experience, etc. Scanned copies of the filled and signed application form, along with self-attested copies of testimonials (in a single PDF file), should be emailed to hodmedia@cutn.ac.in on or before 18.01.2024. Superannuated teachers may also be considered for engagement as Guest Faculty, subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.
