Educational Qualification:

1. Registrar (on contract):

1. Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Pay Level 11 or 8 years in Academic Pay Level 12.
3. 15 years of administrative experience, including 8 years as Deputy Registrar.

2. Librarian:

2. Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience as Deputy Librarian or 10 years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science.
4. Ph.D. Degree in Library Science/Information Science/documentation/archives.

3. Assistant Registrar:

3. Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent.
4. Desirable: Professional qualification in Management/Finance & Accounts.

4. Senior Technical Officer:

4. First-class M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
5. 5 years of experience at the level of Technical Officer or First Class B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. with 8 years’ experience at the level of Technical Officer.

5. Technical Officer (Design):

5. First-class B.E./B.Tech./B.Des. with 8 years of experience or First Class M.E./M.Tech./M.Des. with B.E./B.Tech./B.Des. at graduation level and 5 years of experience.

6. Technical Officer (ECE):

6. First-class B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation or relevant discipline with 8 years of experience or First Class M.E./M.Tech. with 5 years of experience.

7. Medical Officer (on contract):

7. MBBS degree with at least 3 years of clinical experience.

8. Male Staff Nurse (on contract):

8. B.Sc. in Nursing with 2 years of experience or 3 years Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery with 5 years of experience.

9. Junior Assistant:

9. Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of computer operations.

10. Junior Technician:

10. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Smart Manufacturing/Design OR ITI in relevant trades OR B.Sc. (Physics/Applied Physics/Instrumentation).

3. Assistant Registrar – Level-10 (Rs 56100-177500)
4. Senior Technical Officer – Level-12 (Rs 78800-209200)
5. Technical Officer (Design) – Level-10 (Rs 56100-177500)
6. Technical Officer (ECE) – Level-10 (Rs 56100-177500)
7. Medical Officer (on contract) – Level-10 (Rs 56100-177500)
8. Male Staff Nurse (on contract) – Level-6 (Rs 35400-112400)

Selection Process: IIITDM Jabalpur may follow the subsequent process to select candidates:

1. Written Test
2. Interview

Application Fee: A non-refundable online application fee of Rs 500/- is to be paid through the portal. SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, women, and PDPM-IIITDMJ employees are exempted from the application fee.
