Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification (As of 18.12.2023):
- Field Engineer (Electrical):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS; pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM.
- One year post-qualification experience in rural electrification, distribution management system, sub-transmission, etc.
- Field Engineer (Civil):
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS/ST; pass marks for SC/PWD/Ex-SM.
- One year post-qualification experience in rural electrification, distribution management system, sub-transmission, etc.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical):
- Full-time Diploma in Electrical discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS; pass marks for SC/ST/PWD/ExSM.
- One year post-qualification experience in construction, testing & commissioning, electrical works, etc.
- Field Supervisor (Civil):
- Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS/ST; pass marks for SC/PWD/ExSM.
- One year post-qualification experience in construction, testing & commissioning, civil works, etc. Experience in PSU/Listed company, particularly in the power sector, preferred.
- Company Secretary:
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- At least 01 year of post-qualification experience in the company secretariat of any unlisted/listed company.
Age Limit (As of 18.12.2023): 29 years
Salary Details:
- For Post ID 361, 362 & 365: Rs 30,000-3%-120,000/- per month
- For Post ID 363 & 364: Rs 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- per month
Selection Process:
- Written Test
- Interview

- Post ID 361, 362 & 365 (Field Engineer/Civil/Company Secretary): Rs. 400/-
- Post ID 363 & 364 (Field Supervisor – Electrical/Civil): SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM exempted.
