Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a leading aerospace and defense company in India, is seeking qualified and safety-conscious professionals to join their team as Safety Officers. Number of Positions:

HAL is currently looking to fill one (1) Safety Officer position.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Educational Qualification: You must possess a full-time regular Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree or its equivalent in any discipline. Additionally, you need a full-time regular Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution or university.

OR

Hold a full-time regular Master’s Degree in Industrial Safety (two years program) from a recognized university or institution.

• Post-Qualification Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a relevant field related to industrial safety is mandatory.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for this position is 30 years as of September 16, 2024. However, age relaxation is available for certain categories:
  • Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST) Candidates: 5 years
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC) Candidates: 3 years
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD):
    • General/ Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 10 years
    • SC/ ST: 15 years
    • OBC: 13 years

Salary Details:

The selected Safety Officer will be placed in a pay scale ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.1,40,000 per month.

Selection Process:

HAL employs a two-stage selection process for this position:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the submitted applications and eligibility criteria, shortlisted candidates will be called for the next stage.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by a panel to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
