Key Responsibilities
Major Impact Areas:
- Campaign Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for campaigns generating millions in revenue, working with both overseas and domestic vendors. This involves ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and efficient processes.
- Cost Reduction and Profit Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs while maximizing profit margins for orders. This requires a keen analytical mindset and innovative problem-solving.
- Delivery Timeline Management: Expedite delivery timelines, achieving remarkable turnarounds of five days for orders that typically take ten days. Ensuring fast delivery without compromising quality is a key success metric.
Order Team Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution: Address stock issue tickets, licensing concerns, and other miscellaneous problems to ensure smooth operations.
- Backup Support: Provide support to the Order Processing team during periods of low volume to maintain seamless workflow.
- Sample Order Processing: Handle sample orders efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Capacity Management: Update the Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings to ensure printers operate at optimal efficiency.
- Ad-Hoc and Seasonal Tasks: Tackle ad-hoc tasks during slower periods and work on reporting assignments or special projects as needed.
Pre-Order Team Responsibilities:
- Pricing and Quoting: Prepare and share accurate pricing quotes using available tools and resources. Collaborate with other teams to refine pricing strategies.
- Feedback and Communication: Communicate effectively with other teams to resolve order-related issues and enhance the licensing experience.
- Timeline Verification: Verify order timelines and address licensing inquiries from Campus Managers to ensure seamless processing.
- Order Checks: Conduct thorough order reviews, including Shopify and group order checks, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Client Proof Assignments: Assign schools when proofs are submitted directly by clients, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Licensing Portal Management: Upload proofs to licensing portals for single-use licenses, maintaining accurate and organized records.
