2. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
3. At least 6 years of managerial or supervisory experience required.
4. Proficiency in computer operations.

2. Duty Officer:

2. Graduate from a recognized university with 12 years’ experience.
3. Experience in passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof.
4. Minimum 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience required.
5. Proficiency in computer operations.

3. Jr. Officer – Passenger:

3. Graduate with 9 years’ experience in passenger handling or
4. Graduate with MBA or equivalent in any discipline with 6 years of aviation experience in passenger handling.

4. Jr. Officer – Technical:

4. Full-time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
5. Must possess LMV Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Valid Driving License within 12 months of joining.
6. Preference given to those with aviation or equipment maintenance experience.

5. Customer Service Executive:

5. Graduate from a recognized university.
6. Preference given to candidates with Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
7. Proficient in PC use and fluent in English and Hindi.

6. Ramp Service Executive:

6. 3-years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years).
7. Candidate must possess a Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License.

7. Utility Agent – Ramp Driver:
