What You’ll Do (60% Sales, 40% Demand Generation & Marketing)

• Onboarding Champions: You’ll be the go-to person for welcoming top founders and companies to the GrowthX experience. Your success will be measured by the number of members you onboard for each learning program, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
• Identifying Growth Partners: Keenly identify leads with high potential for benefiting from GrowthX. You’ll delve into their businesses, understand their revenue goals, and demonstrate how GrowthX can be a game-changer in their journey.
• Building a Growth Engine: Craft a sustainable business funnel and processes that consistently attract and convert high-quality leads. This involves identifying the right channels, crafting compelling messaging, and optimizing the onboarding experience.
• Sales Arsenal Creation: Develop impactful sales collateral like presentations, demos, and success stories that showcase the transformative potential of GrowthX for founders and companies.
• Tailored Onboarding: Create personalized onboarding plans for each account. You’ll orchestrate kick-off calls, schedule regular check-ins, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success within the GrowthX ecosystem.
• Feedback Loop Maestro: Establish a robust feedback mechanism to foster communication and continuously improve the client experience. Gather insights, address concerns, and ensure ongoing satisfaction with GrowthX.
• Event Powerhouse: Collaborate with the team to deliver unforgettable events designed to attract and engage our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This could involve:
  • Creating unique event themes for specific target audiences.
  • Securing high-profile speakers, crafting compelling agendas, and choosing the most engaging event formats.
  • Managing event launches, registrations, and the entire go-to-market strategy.
  • Partnering with relevant brands and communities to amplify reach and impact.
  • Analyzing data to optimize the ratio of event registrations to actual attendees, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
