Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting online applications for 06 vacancies, including positions for Project Engineers (Electronics) and Trainee Officer– I (Finance).

Applicants must hold a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Communication/Telecommunication from a recognized institution.A minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experiencerequired.

The maximum age limit is 28 years as of February 22, 2024.For Trainee Officer– I (Finance):Candidates must possess a full-time MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.At least one year of relevant post-qualification experience is necessary.The maximum age limit is 25 years as of February 22, 2024.

Project Engineers (Electronics) will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month, while Trainee Officer– I (Finance) will be entitled to a stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month.

The selection process comprises a written test followed by an interview for both Project Engineers (Electronics) and Trainee Officer– I (Finance) positions.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Project Engineers (Electronics):

1. Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a BE/B. Tech degree (Four years course) from a recognized University/Institution in relevant disciplines such as Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Telecommunication Engineering.
2. Post Qualification Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in Installation, Maintenance & Testing (Telecom/Networking/CCTV/Public address system/Security System) is required as of February 1, 2024.
3. Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 32 years as of February 1, 2024.

2. Trainee Officer– I (Finance):

2. Educational Qualification: Applicants should possess an MBA Finance/CA/CMA degree from a recognized University/Institution/Institute. The minimum percentage of marks required is UR- 55% and above (aggregate of all semesters/years) for MBA (Finance); for CA/CMA, UR – Final Pass.
3. Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 28 years as of February 1, 2024.

Salary Details:

1. Project Engineers (Electronics):

1. 1st Year Project Engineer – I: Rs. 40,000/- PM
2. 2nd Year Project Engineer – II: Rs. 45,000/- PM
3. 3rd Year Project Engineer – III: Rs. 50,000/- PM
4. 4th Year Project Engineer – IV: Rs. 55,000/- PM

2. Trainee Officer– I (Finance):

2. 1st Year Trainee Officer – I: Rs. 30,000/- PM
3. 2nd Year Trainee Officer – II: Rs. 35,000/- PM
4. 3rd Year Trainee Officer – III: Rs. 40,000/- PM

Selection Process:

The selection process includes a Written Test followed by an Interview.

Application Fee:

• GEN/ EWS/ OBC: Rs.177/- (Rs.150/- + 18% GST)
• ST/SC/PWD: Nil
