2. Graduates in B.Plan/B.E Civil/B.Arch must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, along with AutoCAD proficiency.
3. Diploma holders in Civil Engineering should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, along with AutoCAD proficiency.

Required Skillset:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential. Candidates without an M.Plan degree should have at least 2 years of experience in AutoCAD drawings.
• Candidates must possess a degree certificate from a recognized university/college. Postgraduates/graduates should also furnish copies of relevant certificates.
• Applicants should have working knowledge in document scrutiny, particularly in verifying Revenue details such as sale deeds, ownership documents, FMB sketch & Patta.
• Candidates will be required to conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
