Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Candidates must possess a First Class B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC) and be GATE Qualified with a valid Score, or First Class B.E/B.Tech & First Class ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC).
2. Research Associate (RA): Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC) or M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 3 years of research or design and development experience after M.Tech, with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.

Age Limit: (As on 30.05.2024)

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Maximum 28 years
2. Research Associate (RA): Maximum 35 years

Applicants may be provided relaxation in the upper age limit as per Government of India Rules.

Salary Details:

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/-
