If so, these positions are perfect for you! EPI seeks individuals with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), AMIE qualification, or an equivalent degree in Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics, Electronic & Telecommunication, or a related field (minimum 55% marks). You’ll need a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization, with at least one year spent in a position directly below the Assistant Manager level. In the case of non-government organizations, your gross annual salary in your current/last role should not be less than Rs. 3,60,000/-.
• Manager Gr.II (Legal) (1 Post): If you’re a qualified legal professional with a keen understanding of relevant laws and regulations, EPI has a rewarding opportunity for you! This position requires a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with a minimum of 55% marks. You’ll need a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization, with at least two years spent in a position directly below the Manager Gr.II level. Similar to the Assistant Manager roles, for non-government organizations, your gross annual salary in your current/last role should not be less than Rs. 4,80,000/-.
• Manager Gr.I (Finance)/Sr. Manager (Finance) (4 Posts): Do you possess a sharp financial mind and a passion for strategic planning? EPI is looking for individuals with a CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance) qualification (minimum 55% marks in graduation) to join their finance team. You’ll need a minimum of six years (for Manager Gr.I) or nine years (for Sr. Manager) of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization, with at least two years spent in a position directly below the respective level. The minimum gross annual salary requirement for non-government organizations is Rs. 6,00,000/- for Manager Gr.I and Rs. 7,20,000/- for Sr. Manager in your current/last role.
• Sr. Manager (Architecture) (1 Post): Are you a highly skilled architect with a proven track record and a vision for shaping India’s infrastructure landscape? EPI needs your expertise! This position requires a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree (five-year program) from a government-recognized institute/university, with a minimum of 55% marks. You’ll need a minimum of nine years of post-qualification experience in a reputable organization, with at least two years spent in a position directly below the Sr. Manager level. The minimum gross annual salary requirement for non-government organizations is Rs. 7,20,000/- in your current/last role.
