You will also collaborate closely with managers to ensure goals are cascaded to all associates and oversee talent identification and development processes within the team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate in the P&C Insurance domain, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Submission Case Setup:
    • Setting up submission cases for new business, renewals, and amendments, ensuring they are ready for underwriters to review.
  2. Premium Booking:
    • Handling premium booking requests as directed by underwriters and ensuring accuracy in processing.
  3. Policy Draft Preparation:
    • Preparing drafts of policies and submitting them to underwriters for approval.
  4. Document Sharing:
    • Sharing final policy documents with brokers in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Communication Proficiency:
    • Demonstrating strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clarity and professionalism in communication.
  6. Workload Management:
    • Managing varied volumes of work efficiently and meeting deadlines consistently, maintaining high-quality output.
