  • Fitter – 32 Posts
  • Machinist – 36 Posts

• EX ITI: (Candidates with a relevant ITI Diploma)

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • Non-ITI: Candidates must have passed Madhyamik (Class 10th) or an equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks and at least 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science.
  • EX ITI: Candidates must have passed Madhyamik (Class 10th) or an equivalent exam and possess a valid ITI Diploma in a relevant trade recognized by NCVT, SCVT, or other government-authorized institutions. The minimum passing score for the ITI trade test is 50%.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be between 15 and 24 years old as of June 22nd, 2024. Age relaxation is available for SC/ST candidates (up to 5 years) and OBC candidates (up to 3 years).

Compensation and Benefits:

The program offers a competitive stipend based on your qualification:

• Non-ITI candidates receive Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 6,000/- in their first year and Rs. 5,500/- to Rs. 6,600/- in their second year.
• EX-ITI candidates (ITI Diploma holders) receive Rs. 7,700/- for one-year trades and Rs. 8,050/- for two-year trades.

In addition to the stipend, the program provides valuable hands-on experience, theoretical knowledge, and the opportunity to contribute to the production of critical armored vehicles for the Indian defense forces.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit derived from their academic qualifications. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for certificate verification.
