  • Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in their parent department.
  • Possessing at least 5 years of experience in one grade lower (Pay Level 08 or 09 of 7th Central Pay Commission).

2. Clerk (Direct Recruitment)

• Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Essential: Knowledge of personal computer usage and its applications. Desirable: 3 years of experience working in a computerized/networked environment, preferably in areas of administration, accounts, or purchase within a similar academic/research institution.

• Administrative Officer (Deputation/Absorption): Not exceeding 45 years.

Salary Details:

• Administrative Officer (Deputation/Absorption): Level-10 (as per inStem pay structure).
• Clerk (Direct Recruitment): Level-03 (as per inStem pay structure).
