Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill the following vacancies:

• Jr. Technical Assistant (Mechanical): 10 Posts
• Technicians (Mechanical): 23 Posts

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Jr. Technical Assistant (Mechanical):
  • Essential: Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized (AICTE) University.
  • Desirable: Experience of working in Manufacturing / Project planning and execution / maintenance of equipment.
  • Work Experience required: Minimum 1 year experience for Degree holder and 03 years for diploma holder in related technical field will be given preference.  
• Technicians (Mechanical):
  • Essential: ITI from recognized institutions in Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Diesel Mechanic trade in Mechanical and any trade in Electrical / Electronics.
  • Work Experience required: Minimum 03 years of experience in the particular field will be given preference.

Age Limit:

• Jr. Technical Assistant (Mechanical): 35 years
• Technicians (Mechanical): 35 years

Relaxation of Upper age limit:

• SC/ ST Candidates: 5 years
• OBC Candidates: 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen Candidates: As per Govt. Policy

Salary Details:

• Jr. Technical Assistant (Mechanical): Rs.35,400/-
• Technicians (Mechanical): Rs.25,500/-
